2.1 Information You Provide
- Account information: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address. Google Sign-In may also provide your profile picture. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we receive an Apple-provided relay email address instead.
- Running profile: Information you enter during onboarding, such as weekly mileage, race goals, running experience, and preferred training days.
- Interest registration: If you sign up for our beta program, we collect your email address.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: We may collect information about how you interact with the Service, including features used and actions taken.
- Device information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
2.3 Apple Health Data
With your explicit permission, the app reads and writes workout data from Apple Health (HealthKit). This includes running workouts, heart rate data, and route information. We do not sell, share with third parties, or use Apple Health data for advertising. Health data is used solely to provide and improve your training experience within the Service.

We use the information we collect to:
- Generate and personalize your training plans
- Provide guided workouts and pace targets on Apple Watch
- Track your running activities and provide insights
- Communicate with you about the Service, including beta program updates
